Nicole Cottrell
Founder & Lead Teacher
At the heart of Ananda Meditation Centre is Nicole, our founder and lead meditation teacher. With over two decades of meditation practice and certifications in meditation teaching and theta healing, Nicole brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to our community.
Her journey has been shaped by four remarkable teachers and immersive studies in various spiritual traditions, including Buddhism, Hinduism, Hermetic philosophy, and Shamanism. This rich tapestry of knowledge forms the foundation of Ananda's unique approach.
Nicole's vision for Ananda is to create a welcoming space for all, from beginners to experienced practitioners, where ancient wisdom meets modern understanding.
